About the Role:
As a key player in the Strategy and Operations team at Fetch, the Sales Tools & Systems (Salesforce) Manager ensures our Salesforce platform and its connected tech stack operate optimally. Reporting to the VP, Sales Strategy and Operations, this role suits someone who thrives on solving complex problems with Salesforce and related tools/systems, understands business processes, fosters cross-functional relationships, and is committed to data integrity. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to remain effective in a rapidly changing environment. Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to identify solutions amidst uncertainty and possess a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner for Fetch’s Salesforce instance, Salesforce data, and integrated tools & systems.
- Lead a small Salesforce team and manage external consultant relationships.
- Act as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, providing guidance on both basic and advanced functionalities.
- Customize and administer our Salesforce org daily, integrating it seamlessly with other business systems.
- Design custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and implement automation via flows.
- Work across teams to understand needs, demonstrate new features, and answer system-related questions.
- Spot and execute on opportunities to enhance system efficiency, aiming to automate manual tasks.
- Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals and reporting requirements.
- Translate team requirements into actionable Salesforce development and change management initiatives.
- Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Build internal relationships to proactively address issues and become a trusted sales team advisor.
- Provide top-notch service when addressing user questions.
- Lead large cross-functional projects, managing them from start to finish.
- Manage third-party integrations with revenue operations tools (Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Snowflake, Winmo, etc.)
- Operate in an AI-first environment; able to evaluate, adopt, and champion AI-powered solutions to drive automation, data quality, and system efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions within Salesforce and connected tools to increase automation, reporting accuracy, and business insight.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
- 2+ years experience in team and external relationship management
- Experience managing complex projects from requirements gathering to UAT.
- Expertise in Salesforce's standard and customizable features, including automation and integration capabilities.
- Proficient in developing custom Salesforce elements (objects, fields, reports, etc.) and automation (must be a flow expert).
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification
- Demonstrated success in gathering business requirements, managing change, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent data management skills, with a keen understanding of Salesforce data relationships.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and aligning with organizational goals.

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Compensation:
