The Legal Department Intern virtual role (i.e., work from home) will be part of our Legal department,

reporting to our Associate General Counsel.

This is an 8-week paid virtual summer internship (June 10 - August 9). Full time preferred but flexible given the virtual nature of the program.

• The individual will assist in Legal-related projects including software licensing, SaaS contracts, litigation, M&A and analysis
• The individual will assist in the logistics of running an internal legal department
• This individual will gain a broad understanding of different disciplines within the legal function and work on a variety of projects

Minimum required skills & experience:

• Excellent, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated with high integrity
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications including- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred skills & experience:

• Knowledge of and or experience with tech industry
• Current or prospective law student
