Flexera has a meaningful relationship with AWS with a strategic plan to grow significantly over the coming years. Flexera and AWS continue to strengthen and evolve our strategy, approach, and engagement as relates to maturing and driving effective co-sell with AWS and are positioned to continue to ramp up ARR and expand the customer base in 2025. Flexera is seeking a strong team member with AWS experience and familiarity to drive the rollout, adoption, and oversee execution of joint go-to-market plans and specified AWS co-sell objectives. This individual will be based in the U.S. and have global responsibility for co-sell with AWS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with Flexera’s sales team, AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and AWS Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) to drive the Flexera/AWS co-sell partnership and deliver on objectives and targets
- Engage with Flexera sales/marketing leadership and their respective AWS co-sell teams (PDMs, PSMs, marketing, et al) to create and drive co-sell initiatives and activities, including but not limited to: marketing and/or demand creation campaigns; industry and/or geo focused sales motions; new market expansion; AWS Marketplace listing, enablement, and sales; and, AWS events, webinars, etc
- Engage with and build meaningful relationships with executive stakeholders across AWS
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on pipeline, wins and key metrics across all AWS GTM and co-sell as part of the overall Flexera AWS business group scorecard

- Effective leadership and communications attributes to: serve as a first level of escalation for AWS partnership; masterfully present the Flexera mission and value proposition to AWS execs and wider AWS ecosystem; and, lead by example showing Flexera sellers how to leverage the Flexera/AWS value proposition to gain leverage
- Professional demeanor and presence to represent and serve as a highly impactful ambassador for Flexera when engaging with AWS and Flexera executives and teams
- Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to take initiative
- Adaptable and maintains flexibility and reacts well in face of change

- Team player contributing to create and maintain a positive and energized team culture
- Receives and takes action on feedback and lessons learned for continual professional improvement and development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working for AWS or with an ISV co-selling with AWS
- 5+ years of partner relationship management experience working for an ISV
- Executive or management experience with proven ability to interact and build relationships at the C-level within client and partner organizations
- Ability to create and deliver presentation materials at the operational and executive level
- Effective organizational and structured work skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment\Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proven track record of performance against stated objectives, key metrics, and targets
