Who We Are
At Intellistack, we don’t do status quo. We move fast, think deep, and build what’s next—powered by people, supercharged by AI.

We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

You move with urgency, driven by outcomes over activity, and never settle for “good enough.” You ask sharp questions, challenge the status quo when needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You grow through collaboration and are motivated by continuous improvement. You believe in the power of pairing the right tools, like AI and automation, with the right mindset. Above all, you're here to build something that matters.

You are a tech-savvy systems thinker with a passion for seamless operations and data integrity. You love solving cross-functional problems, translating complexity into scalable systems, and becoming the go-to person for lead flow, marketing operations, and website infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our marketing technology stack and lead flow systems. You’ll work closely with Demand Gen, RevOps, DevOps and BizApps to ensure our marketing systems and website infrastructure drive pipeline growth and reporting accuracy.

  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, Webflow, BrightTALK)

  • Manage marketing technology budget and vendor relationships, ensuring ROI optimization and cost-effective stack management

  • Ensure seamless and accurate lead flow from all sources (email, chat, webinars, events, trials, forms)

  • Lead strategic initiatives across the full marketing operations and web stack; ensure projects are scoped, timed, and executed with clarity and impact

  • Collaborate with revenue operations to align funnel data from MQL to booking and partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on strategic marketing operations initiatives

  • Manage marketing campaign tracking, UTM structures, attribution modeling, A/B testing analysis, and ROI measurement across all marketing channels

  • Own the technical and operational aspects of the company website (CMS, tagging, integrations, site optimization) and align work with marketing needs, campaign and product launches.

  • Implement the marketing analytics strategy, as defined by marketing and sales leadership, including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and campaign ROI measurement to drive data-driven decision making

  • Partner with BizApps, IT and vendors to optimize technical workflows and resolve system issues

  • Manage and enable two high-performing remote team members (campaign automation and website operations)

  • Proactively identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements

  • Enable marketing programs with best-practice operations and tool support

  • Build processes, documentation, and training to empower team members to self-serve and operate with efficiency and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations roles

  • Deep experience with HubSpot administration and integration with Salesforce

  • Expertise in database segmentation (HubSpot, ZoomInfo), chat setup (Drift), lead routing (ChiliPiper), data visualization and analysis (Databricks, HubSpot, Salesforce), and webinar platforms (BrightTALK)

  • Experience managing MarTech budgets and vendor relationships ($300K+ annual spend preferred)

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing compliance requirements

  • Strong familiarity with the MarTech landscape in the SaaS industry and passionate about enabling tools with AI to drive efficiencies

  • Proven experience implementing accurate, actionable marketing reporting and analytics

  • Demonstrated ownership of website operations including CMS admin, tagging, and integrations

  • Familiarity with project management tools including Monday and Jira

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce certification (strongly preferred)

  • Background in security, cloud, or SaaS industries

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and web performance

  • Prior experience managing a small team

  • Strong, proactive stakeholder communication is second nature to you

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We blend flexibility with connection to create a work environment where you can thrive. We offer:

  • Opportunity to shape how we measure and drive marketing impact.

  • Lead a small, agile remote team with high visibility and ownership.

  • Work hands-on across the full martech stack—no siloed operations here.

  • Flexible PTO that empowers work-life balance

  • Health and wellness benefits that support you and your family

  • Professional development support, including a learning stipend to help you grow

  • A hybrid work model for Stackers in locations where we have office hubs (e.g., Denver, Fishers, and Krakow), with in-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday and flexible hours

  • An inclusive, authentic community where your voice matters and you can be yourself

We are a hybrid workforce with key hubs in Denver, Fishers (Indiana), Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow, Poland. While some roles offer flexibility in location, others may require proximity to one of our hubs. Wherever you’re based, our approach is built on trust, collaboration, and doing what works best for our people and the business.
