You bring deep technical expertise in backend engineering and can lead frontend efforts when needed. You think in systems, code for performance, and build with scalability and compliance top of mind. What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll help architect, build, and maintain high-impact systems that drive the future of our platform. You’ll work closely with the Data Journey team and cross-functional partners to deliver production-ready features and services that support our evolving customer needs and meet stringent compliance standards.

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Node.js or Java

• Deliver robust and intuitive frontend experiences using React

• Architect solutions that meet strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and technical requirements

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes

• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and automated recovery mechanisms

• Participate in code reviews and uphold high code quality standards

• Design and implement APIs that integrate with enterprise systems and third-party services

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Expertise in Node.js or Java for backend development

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience building secure, scalable APIs and enterprise-grade applications

• Proven ability to design systems that meet compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS)

Bonus Points

• Experience with event-driven architectures and tools like Kafka

• Familiarity with Temporal or other orchestration frameworks

Salary Range
$160,000 - $180,000 CAD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
