JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Client Financial Analyst supports the financial operations of client accounts, providing analysis, reporting, and budgeting to ensure accurate financial management.

Location:

Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare financial reports and analysis for client accounts.

· Assist in the development and monitoring of client budgets.

· Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights.

· Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for client projects.

· Monitor project costs and ensure they are within budget.

· Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies to clients.

· Assist in the development of pricing strategies for client projects.

· Provide financial support and guidance to account managers.

· Ensure compliance with client contracts and financial regulations.

· Coordinate with external auditors during client audits.

· Provide financial input for client proposals and pitches.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any financial concerns.

· Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures for client services.

· Support the client finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in accounting systems.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

· Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

· Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

· Ability to work collaboratively with account managers and clients.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $100,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
