JOB SUMMARY:
As a successful Marketing Client Consultant, you will put your strategic marketing and client consulting expertise to work helping drive adoption and use of our Digital Banking Solutions at financial institutions across the United States. This role serves as a trusted advisor and strategist, contributing market intelligence with consumer and small business marketing expertise, development, and implementation of marketing plans to support new and continuous consumer engagement at the bank or credit union with money movement products such as Bill Pay, Person-to-Person Payments, Mobile Banking, Account-to-Account Transfersand Card Services.
This role is part of our Fiserv Consulting group, Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company with solutions for banking, global commerce, merchant aquiring, bill and payments, and point-of-sale.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support strategic multi-channel marketing programs to drive adoption and usage of Digital Payments, Debit & Credit Card, and Digital Solutions products
- Develop engaging content for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across all assigned initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing automation, adoption marketing, product marketing, product management, and analytics
- Define success criteria and align stakeholders to ensure program goals are met
- Actively manage programs to deliver measurable results and marketing impact
- Provide timely updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into effective marketing strategies
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to B2B2C audiences
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced product offerings
- Track and measure performance of marketing programs, using insights to make recommendations for optimization
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure cross-functional alignment across departments
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for campaigns that improve adoption and engagement
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- 7+ years of direct or related experience in complex marketing of consumer and small business users with preferred experience in online and mobile financial services and technology products.
- Experience in a client-facing role with demonstrated strength in consultative client management illustrating and selling marketing ideas, programs and results.
- Ability to develop marketing programs, including social, paid social and email campaigns, banners, and associate engagement that encompass customer experience across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple client engagement teams.
- Track record of success leading cross-functional teams and ability to develop collaborative internal and external relationships.
- Strong analytical marketing with focus on program results, including ability to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Management of marketing budgets.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with strong prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task; often managing 10+ open projects and ability to plan out time between various activities to manage highest priority tasks. Execute more than one activity or task simultaneously and deliver on performance targets/expectations.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $65,000 to $80,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
