Sales & Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
· Get new buyer contacts through high volume phone and email campaigns
· Generate and negotiate equipment sales through our online marketplace
· Maintain accurate account and contact information in our CRM system
· Support marketing and sales campaigns, tracking progress and reporting results
· Actively gather/communicate market and industry information to support company activities
· Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally
Sales & Business Development Representative Qualifications:
· Preferred: 1+ year of sales or business development experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to engage new contacts, build trust, persuade, and close deals.
· Comfortable working in a fast-growth start-up environment.
· Entrepreneurial spirit: Initiative, persistence, flexibility, and resiliency.
· Ability to make 100+ cold calls per day and effectively manage CRM data.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated self-starter.
· No direct industry experience required!
