You will play a pivotal role in growing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing the number of high-quality leads generated through our digital channels.
Responsibilities:

SEO Program Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, encompassing keyword research, content optimization, and strategic link-building tactics to enhance our online visibility.

Technical SEO Management: Monitor the health of our website, conduct technical audits, and collaborate with web developers to ensure optimal site performance and search engine rankings.

Digital Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

E-Commerce Optimization: Oversee and enhance e-commerce product feeds for digital advertising, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion rates for our product listings.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement and test strategies aimed at improving e-commerce conversion rates. Focus on enhancing user experience and funnel efficiency to drive higher conversions.

Marketing Funnels & Lead Qualification: Develop and refine marketing funnels, implement lead scoring systems, and ensure efficient lead qualification processes are in place to maximize lead quality.

Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize marketing strategies.
Skills and Experience Needed:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, digital advertising, and e-commerce optimization.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.

E-Commerce Platforms: Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, and familiarity with product feed management tools.

CRM and Marketing Automation: Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and lead management.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and generate performance reports.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications or Licenses Needed:
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are required to demonstrate proficiency in these essential tools for the role.
