GeoWealth’s Home Office is located at 444 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 3150, Chicago, IL 60611.
SCHEDULE:
Employees are expected to maintain a hybrid in-office schedule.
SALARY RANGE:
$65,000 – 85,000 plus Benefits.
This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
GeoWealth is a Chicago-based fintech firm that offers an award-winning digital advisory platform, including Turnkey Asset Management Platform (“TAMP”) capabilities. We deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated wealth management technology platform to professionals in the financial services industry.
We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to be a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a member of the Operations team, this role will be a strong contributor the GeoWealth billing team that calculates firm-level billing, platform billing, and money manager billing for advisors on the GeoWealth platform
- Assist back office team on projects such reporting, and onboarding new advisory firms and their clients and prospects
- Work with reconciliation team to ensure custodial files are reconciled in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with GeoWealth clients (RIAs) as needed
- 3+ years of experience using enterprise software at a TAMP (Turnkey Asset Management Platform), RIA, or fintech firm
- Extreme attention to detail and a proven high level of accuracy in work product
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines
- Exemplary problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ETFs, Equities, and Mutual Funds strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics degree is a preferred)
