1) Technical Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

● Comprehensive SolarAPP+ Program Support: Assist Customer Support Leader with

managing spreadsheets, conducting deep audits, resolving support tickets, producing

monthly reports, and integrating feedback from SolarAPP+ partners.

● SolarAPP+ Communication and Training: Produce GL-internal documentation for procedures. Maintain an organized Google Drive of documentation, notes, reports, logs,

deliverables, etc.

● SolarAPP+ Issue Resolution: Provide customer support by responding to phone calls

and support tickets in a timely manner.

● SolarAPP+ Compliance and Database Oversight: Assist with ensuring compliance with

UL 2703 and other standards, manage relevant databases, and conduct fire classification reviews, by contacting manufacturers, searching for publicly available cutsheets, and assessing relevant data to determine compatibility of hardware.

● SolarAPP+ Updates Monitoring: Assist Customer Support Leader in their efforts to keep up-to-date with NEC code, Fire Code, SolarAPP+ developments, and other regulatory changes.

● Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements for SolarAPP+ software based on user feedback, and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures to the Customer Support Leader.

2) Continuous Learning and Special Projects:

● Training and Certifications: Participate in manufacturer certification trainings, as well as

workshops for GL-internal teams to enhance your understanding of solar, EVC,

electrical, etc. technology and industry trends.

● SolarAPP+ Additional Responsibilities: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities

as a result of expanding our SolarAPP+ scope of work.

● SolarAPP+ Monthly Reports: Assist Cushelp;tomer Support Leader in producing high quality monthly deliverables to report on SolarAPP+ progress using PowerBI. And continue to improve the presentation and metrics tracked.

● Project Management Support: Provide support in project planning, tracking progress, and assisting in the execution of special projects as needed.
