Join Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN, as a Continuous Improvement Specialist! How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.

  • Drive process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods.

  • Optimize KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, TPM, Kaizen).

  • Enhance financial acumen to prioritize impactful improvements.

  • Assist management in identifying key improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities.

  • Facilitate teams through project activities with continuous improvement expertise.

  • Manage projects independently with limited supervision.

  • Foster a coaching culture with a focus on Employee Engagement.

  • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or business administration.

  • Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, change management, or project management using Lean principles.

  • Effective interaction with all levels of staff.

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
