How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and propose cost-out ideas that drive customer value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance factory productivity and increase capacity.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, independently or as part of a team.
• Present data-driven insights and compelling business cases to support cost-out initiatives.
• Prepare detailed business cases and implementation plans for project approvals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, capturing business impact.
• Collaborate with engineers across North America and globally to share best practices.
• Introduce new products, solutions, and materials to your local factory.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the U.S.
• Prior power transformer knowledge and design experience.
• Experience executing and delivering cost-out projects and savings.
