Sous la direction du directeur, eMobility pour l’Amérique du Nord, la personne à ce poste dirigera les ventes et le développement commercial pour les solutions de recharge pour les parcs de véhicules électriques d'Hitachi Energy à l’échelle de l'Amérique du Nord. Cela comprend l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie de mise sur le marché pour atteindre les principaux objectifs de rendement (p. ex., commandes, marges, délais de livraison). La personne retenue devra gérer le développement des affaires au pays et à l’étranger, y compris les ententes commerciales, la tarification, les propositions, l’évaluation des risques et les stratégies de vente. Votre expérience

  • Études : baccalauréat en ingénierie (obligatoire).

  • une expérience dans le domaine de la recharge des véhicules électriques ou du transport est un atout.

  • Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication, planification stratégique, évaluation des risques et gestion des relations avec la clientèle.

  • Langues : Bilinguisme en anglais et en français, un atout.

  • Voyages : 30 à 40 % des voyageurs voyagent en Amérique du Nord et à l’étranger.

The opportunity

Under the direction of the North American eMobility Director, the candidate will lead sales and business development for Hitachi Energy’s EV Fleet charging solutions across North America. This includes crafting and executing a go-to-market strategy to meet key performance targets (e.g., orders, margins, delivery timelines). The role involves managing domestic and international business development, including commercial agreements, pricing, proposals, risk assessments, and sales strategies. The candidate will also act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring competitive bids, profitable orders, and customer satisfaction through cost-saving initiatives and high-impact solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and ensure profitability.

Your Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, marketing, or product management; experience in EV charging or transportation is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication, strategic planning, risk assessment, and customer relationship management.

  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

  • Travel: 30–40% travel across North America and internationally.
