How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized production scheduling processes.

  • Align factory schedules with business goals and customer needs.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for SAP production planning and shop floor control.

  • Train and support teams in SAP and scheduling best practices.

  • Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and new technologies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years in production planning, including a minimum of 5 years with SAP.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and constraint management.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.

  • SAP PP certification is a strong plus.
