How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and evaluate advanced electrical systems, products, and components.

  • Develop complex models and simulations using cutting-edge tools and techniques.

  • Lead engineering investigations and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and proposals.

  • Analyze customer requirements and contribute to innovative product solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

  • Drive continuous improvement in product design and performance.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of SCADA, IEC 61850, and control/automation systems.

  • Experience with control device programming, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO, and E3; PLM tools like Windchill are a plus.

  • Background in transformer substation control and protection is highly valued.

  • Solid knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
