In this role, you’ll be the trusted link between our international customers and internal teams, helping to power the world with innovative energy solutions. You’ll work closely with account managers and product groups to ensure seamless execution of export sales activities, all while building strong, lasting relationships with customers across the globe.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Serve as the primary contact for international customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication
  • Collaborate with Export Sales Account Managers to execute strategic sales activities
  • Manage the full order lifecycle—from entry to delivery resolution
  • Use digital tools like ERP and CRM systems to streamline processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and bids
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates
  • Prepare and review proposals and contracts for accuracy and profitability
  • Participate in meetings to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Your background

  • 3+ years of customer support experience in industrial, EPC, or utility sectors (5+ preferred)
  • Familiarity with power transmission, distribution, or generation products
  • Experience with B2B customer support and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cultures

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
