Our transformer bushing business is part of the Global Product Group Transformer Components and Service
Working within the Transformer Component business, you will implement all product and market strategies, in support of our Bushing line globally. Reporting to the Global Product Manager Bushings, you will analyze market requirements and trends to best position and develop your assigned product portfolio to meet business objectives and increase market share.
How you'll make an impact
- You undertake and maintain a thorough market analysis by following and understanding international standards, market and technical customer requirements and their impact on your assigned bushing lines.
- You collect and analyze standards, market requirements and trends, customer needs and values as an input for supporting our bushing roadmap.
- You support the Global Product Manager in creating the business case and market & technical requirements for development- or transfer of technology projects.
- You support data quality improvements to measure your bushing product line performance and implement improvement actions where necessary.
- You ensure required bushing product line documentation, training and tools are in place for global sales and operations, and that these are maintained.
- You clarify your assigned bushing offering positioning within the portfolio, with defined values to address different segment needs. You drive scalability of your assigned portfolio through standardization.
- You provide sales support, participate in customer meetings and attend trade shows on request to better identify customer pain points and associated consequences.

Your background
- MSc or BSc Engineering degree or equivalent diploma qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a transformer component business or Power Transformer Engineering function.
- strong technical knowledge of Transformer bushings and Transformer Components.
- Demonstrated experience in interaction with Customers and/or international Standards groups.
- International experience and Intercultural sensitivity
- Structured and analytical thinking, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
