You’ll be at the helm of a high-impact team, designing and delivering cutting-edge training programs that elevate technical capabilities, drive customer satisfaction, and position Hitachi Energy as a beacon of expertise in the power industry. From digital learning platforms to hands-on workshops, you’ll champion modern, scalable, and effective learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our workforce and customers.

If you’re passionate about grid modernization, energized by knowledge-sharing, and ready to lead a center of excellence that shapes the future of power, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Join us in transforming how the industry learns, grows, and thrives.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

  • Position the Training Center as a national hub for technical excellence.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field).

  • 10+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or service operations.

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong project management and instructional design skills.

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and training technologies.

  • Proven knowledge of High Voltage systems and services.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
