How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key renewable energy customers
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth
  • Lead customer negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
  • Communicate technical solutions in a clear, customer-focused way
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎓 Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, engineering, project management, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in power distribution products is a plus
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
