Based in Jefferson City, MO, you’ll be the voice of the customer, guiding their journey from order placement through delivery and beyond. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
You’ll work with a diverse customer base across Utilities, OEMs, and Commercial & Industrial sectors, helping to shape a world-class post-order experience. If you thrive on solving problems, building relationships, and making things happen, this is the role for you.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage post-order processes from purchase to shipment and after-market services
Drive clean order initiatives to streamline manufacturing workflows
Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and accurate drawing packages
Handle change orders and build strong internal partnerships
Support revenue goals by reducing shipping holds and attending revenue meetings
Manage returns, concessions, billing milestones, and overdue invoices
Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Communicate shipping schedules and resolve delays proactively
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience
Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
Onsite availability in Jefferson City, MO
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
