This is your chance to be part of a collaborative environment that values initiative, quality, and continuous improvement. Whilst our office is based in Birmingham, UK, we offer services and support to our employees in both the UK and Ireland. We are primarily looking for someone who will support the implementation and rollout of local projects, with the flexibility to assist with operations as needed.

As part of this role, you’ll also bring valuable expertise in HR legislation and payroll processes, helping us ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborating closely with our C&B CoE for pension alignment and IE auto-enrolment.

  • Support our Payroll Specialist in streamlining processes, including introducing payrolling benefits to step away from P11D processing.

  • Defining end-to-end processes resulting from policy changes

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as country HR teams, managers, and employees, keeping them informed about end-to-end processes, progress, and outcomes.

  • Ensuring HR data accuracy and process compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Supporting audits, HR projects, and process improvements across the UK & Ireland.

Your background:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an HR Operations and Payroll environment, ideally with outsourced payroll services.

  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and payroll processes

  • Experience in working with HR systems such as HR systems Workday, ServiceNow.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
