How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and implement digital solutions using software, hardware, IIoT devices, and data analytics.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events to drive Lean improvements.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, ITM, quality, and procurement teams.
• Develop and update digital Work Instructions and Standard Work.
• Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
• Analyze operations and optimize efficiency in production areas.
• Use engineering tools and programs to conduct analyses and prepare reports.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering or digitalization.
• Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Experience with IIoT, data analytics, and digital transformation tools.
• Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
