At Hitachi Energy, we’re looking for an OSS Onsite Services Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering seamless IT experiences. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of IT—resolving issues, delivering ready-to-use devices, and empowering users with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot IT issues that require on-site support

• Deliver fully configured, ready-to-use computers to users

• Provide ad-hoc training on common IT tools and practices

• Manage physical stock of devices and accessories

• Perform regular inventory checks and audits

• Coordinate logistics for device shipments and relocations

• Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors

• Support users in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces

Your Background

• Formal IT qualification or completed IT apprenticeship

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience

• Fluent in English and local language, with strong communication skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently

• Legally authorized to work in the location of application

• Familiar with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools
