We are seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable Regional Category Manager to join our team, focusing on the sourcing, procurement, and management of temporary labor solutions across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of cost optimization, quality, delivery, and reliability within the temporary labor category, while navigating the complex legislative environments of these regions.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop, plan, and implement effective sourcing strategies for temporary labor, with a strong focus on Eastern European and Middle Eastern markets.
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier identification, negotiation, contracts, and agreements tailored to temporary staffing needs.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with local labor laws, immigration requirements, and legislative restrictions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and agencies, evaluating their performance to guarantee optimal delivery and reliability of supplied labor.
- Proactively identify risks and implement business continuity measures to ensure uninterrupted labor supply.
- Drive special programs and initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, workforce quality, and process reliability.
- Manage large-scale projects or processes autonomously, providing strategic input and delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Work closely with the global IMS Category Lead to implement and further improve the overall category strategy.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in temporary labor sourcing, procurement, or management, preferably in Eastern Europe or the Middle East.
- In-depth understanding of legislative restrictions, labor laws, and compliance requirements for temporary staffing in targeted regions.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in coaching or mentoring others.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency Arabic is highly desirable.
