How you'll make an impact
- Create and modify transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard control.
- Participate in design reviews and quality verification processes.
- Optimize designs to meet evolving standards and incorporate new components.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and plans.
- Design and analyze complex models and simulations using advanced tools.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored design solutions and gather feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and technologies.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in transformer design, or associate’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- Strong technical expertise in transformer systems and related engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in advanced design software and simulation tools.
- Experience working across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
