How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, assign, train, and support team members to achieve daily goals.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

  • Monitor and meet KPIs for safety, delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Schedule and execute test and warranty plans, minimizing backlog.

  • Collaborate with ITM teams to integrate lean manufacturing practices.

  • Resolve technical and logistical issues to improve operations.

  • Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Compile and analyze test performance data and share key insights.

Your Background

  • Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.

  • Strong communication and coaching skills to support team success.

  • Experience coordinating technical testing or warranty-related activities is helpful.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and customer focus.
