Master Production Scheduler - Breakers & Modules

The Opportunity

Join a team that plays a critical role in powering the future of energy. As our Master Production Scheduler, you will be at the center of planning and coordinating production for long‑lead components, engineered‑to‑order equipment, and project‑driven manufacturing in a fast‑moving and highly innovative environment. You will shape the master production schedule that keeps complex operations running smoothly—balancing customer demand, capacity constraints, material availability, and evolving market conditions.

This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys solving challenges, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Management to translate strategy into action, ensuring the right products move at the right time—every time. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make an impact on the energy transition, this role gives you the platform to grow and lead.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule aligned to demand and project milestones.

  • Translate S&OP outputs into efficient, executable production plans.

  • Manage long‑lead and engineered‑to‑order items for energy manufacturing.

  • Perform capacity planning and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.

  • Monitor inventory targets and address shortages with recovery plans.

  • Partner cross‑functionally to support NPIs, ECOs, and schedule updates.

  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience with production scheduling or planning in a manufacturing environment.

  • Understanding of capacity planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

  • Familiarity with S&OP processes and ERP/MRP systems.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Experience in energy, industrial, or engineered‑to‑order manufacturing preferred.
