As our Global Marketing & Sales CPQ Transformation Lead, you will guide a bold modernization of our ConfigurePriceQuote ecosystem across High Voltage Products. In this highly visible global role, you will design and drive a transformational roadmap that re‑imagines how data, AI, automation, and digital tools support our commercial success. You'll partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Engineering, Product Management, and IT to introduce smarter ways of working—removing complexity, increasing accuracy, and elevating customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Strategic Marketing & Sales Operations Manager, you’ll lead a diverse global team and collaborate across regions to deploy new configurators, digital capabilities, ecommerce solutions, and governance models that bring consistency and speed to our quotetoorder process. How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the global CPQ transformation roadmap from strategy to execution.
- Map and redesign quote-to-order processes
- Harmonize CPQ processes across regions and systems.
- Drive digitalization, automation, and AI‑enabled enhancements.
- Guide global configurator development, onboarding, and updates.
- Deploy e‑commerce capabilities and digital self‑service tools.
- Champion cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and IT.
- Track and report performance metrics and program outcomes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- 10+ years’ experience in CPQ transformation, digital transformation, sales operations, or commercial excellence.
- Demonstrated success deploying configurators and digital quoting tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, pricing systems, and configuration logic.
- Experience leading global, matrixed teams and complex transformation programs.
- Background in AI‑driven automation or data‑enabled processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence‑building skills.
