Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office – HUB North America, you’ll manage multiple projects across our North American factory network.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead diverse project teams with clarity, purpose, and motivation
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple factory locations
- Serve as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Identify and mitigate project risks, sharing lessons learned
- Support contract negotiations and claims in partnership with Legal and Supply Chain
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy PM Certification within 2 years)
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex project scopes
- Experience with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and other PM tools
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or the North American energy sector is a plus
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
