As a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will serve as a trusted quality partner across manufacturing operations—driving continuous improvement, strengthening process reliability, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex data into practical improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and influencing quality outcomes from process design through finished products. You will apply advanced quality engineering expertise to assess risks, investigate deviations, and implement preventive actions that strengthen operational performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Partner with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support test failure investigations and resolution activities
Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen risk mitigation plans for manufacturing processes
Maintain and update PFMEA to reduce process and product risk
Interpret quality data and recommend process improvements
Lead root cause analyses using tools such as 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
Participate in onsite quality audits and CAPA activities
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; electrical engineering preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control
Hands-on experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methods
Strong data analysis skills, including failure analysis and FMEA
Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, and data-driven quality methodologies
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards; QS-9000 experience is a plus
