Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow management.

  • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and methodologies aligned with industry standards.

  • Oversee calibration, use, and maintenance of high‑current, high‑voltage, and environmental test equipment.

  • Mentor and supervise test engineers and technicians to support growth and development.

  • Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare detailed test reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and support design improvements.

  • Maintain a safe working environment aligned with all applicable safety practices.

  • Manage the lab budget, equipment procurement, and maintenance schedules.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field; master's preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in a testing lab environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, breakers, protective devices, and testing standards.

  • Proficiency with test equipment and data systems such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, LabVIEW, and MATLAB.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop testing methodologies and quality processes.

  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or similar quality management systems.
