The opportunity

As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful projects by supporting end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex projects while working alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams across diverse locations.

How you’ll make an impact
- Support and guide project teams with clear goals and priorities.
- Coordinate project activities to meet scope, cost, and schedule targets.
- Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor progress and identify risks or improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Contribute to contract coordination with customers and stakeholders.
- Help ensure compliance with customer requirements and deliverables.
- Build strong working relationships across project teams.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience.
- Willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy Project Management Certification within 3 years.
- Experience coordinating projects, including scope, cost, and schedules.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and locations.
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.
