We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote, prefer candidates in Columbus for onsite meetings on occasion.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development.
- Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform.
- Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases.
- Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Create timelines & estimates for project work.
- Troubleshoot & fix bugs.
- Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met.
- Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress.
- Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager.
- Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience with Force.com developer toolkit
- 4 years' experiencing developing with the Lightning Component Framework.
- 5 years' experience developing with object-oriented code
- 4 years' software engineering skills with Java
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio
