Hush is an enterprise SaaS platform focused on executive digital privacy and identity risk management. We work with private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, and senior executives to reduce digital exposure and mitigate cyber, fraud, reputational, and physical security risks.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Relationship Development Associate to help expand our presence across key financial markets.

This is a highly relationship-driven growth role focused on developing and managing strategic relationships across private equity and hedge fund ecosystems. It is not a high-volume outbound sales role or a heavily demo-driven position. The right person will be someone who is entrepreneurial, self-directed, commercially sharp, and excited about building a territory and portfolio over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships across private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, and related financial institutions
  • Leverage existing networks and cultivate new relationships to originate opportunities
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of strategic relationships
  • Help drive long-term client relationships, including renewals and upsells
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings across major financial hubs

Travel

  • Potential quarterly travel to Hush headquarters in Detroit
  • Additional travel as needed to markets including New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and other key financial centers

Background We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in private equity, investor relations, fundraising, business development, capital introduction, or related financial services roles
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing complex client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a territory
  • Existing relationships within the alternative's ecosystem
  • Interest in cybersecurity, executive protection, digital privacy, or SaaS is helpful but not required

Compensation

  • $150,000 base salary
  • Additional $100,000–$150,000+ in commission and performance incentives
  • Upside tied to both new business generation and long-term account growth / renewals
