About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager at Hyland, you will play a key role in guiding customers through successful implementation journeys — from project initiation through closure. You'll be the driving force behind keeping projects on track, on time, and within budget, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Utilize Hyland's Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to drive projects to successful completion within scope, on time, and within budget
- Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methodologies that keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with established project management standards
- Develop and update project plans that define goals, strategy, scheduling, and milestones
- Serve as the primary project coordinator for client engagements, managing timely and effective communication with all key contacts
- Oversee the activities of project personnel to ensure progress stays on schedule, while providing support to fellow Project Management team members as needed
Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong proficiency in both Portuguese and English — written and verbal communication is essential in this role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that reflect a professional demeanor, with the ability to engage others with discretion and tact
- Demonstrated facilitation and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We'd Like to See
- Experience coordinating or managing customer-facing implementation projects
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with a track record of completing projects in a timely and effective manner
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and project plan documentation practices
- Comfort with an average travel requirement of approximately 30% annually, with flexibility for unique customer circumstances
