LOCATION: Germany – Remote

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Customer Licensing & Registration department with the scope of 20 hours/week. As a Working Student (m/f/d) you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of the Customer Licensing & Registration team of an internationally operating software company and support the team in various areas. This includes processing customer registrations, following compliance rules, research and verification of customer data.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Management and processing of IGEL customer registrations
  • Validation of registration requests including adhering to our compliance rules
  • Management and correction of customer data in the customer database (CRM)
  • Assisting customers, partners and colleagues with all registration and / or account related problems and questions
  • Assisting the Customer Licensing & Registration department in all other activities that arise such as checking IGEL licenses and assisting with all licensing problems or questions

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • You are currently enrolled as a student and will be enrolled for 12 months or more in your studies
  • Preferably affinity for IT
  • Quick comprehension, good communication skills as well as a self-reliant and highly diligent way of working
  • Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, which enables you to work in a bilingually communicating company
  • First experience in CRM systems would be an advantage
