LOCATION: Augsburg


THE ROLE:

The Atlassian Administrator (m/f/d) develops processes, creates documentation, and implements solution design for IGEL customers and internal IGEL business units as well as provide support for implementations and when incidents occur.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze, design, implement, test and document Atlassian related business processes

  • Provide a customer-effective process platform for IGEL’s internal data integrations and IGEL’s Atlassian based business processes

  • Recommend and make use of industry trends and future-proof best practices

  • Serve as consulting partner to IGEL’s internal business departments, propose and specify solutions

  • Contribute to IGEL’s overall architecture / design of IGEL’s application, process and data landscape

  • Ensure service delivery to IGEL departments for IGELs Atlassian based applications

  • Solve, report and manage incidents

  • Involve and coordinate external service providers

  • Create documentation and training materials, conduct end-user trainings


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable subject or comparable experience with conceptual strength and above-average comprehension

  • Works under close to moderate supervision

  • Little latitude for independent judgment

  • Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency

  • Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience

  • 2+ years’ work experience with Atlassian

  • Experience with ITIL based processes

  • Working knowledge and basic understanding of Atlassian suite – Jira & Confluence

  • Good knowledge of business processes

  • Strong communication skills, fluent written and spoken English and German is nice to have

  • Solution-oriented, collegial, supportive attitude
