Role Overview

As a Customer-Focused Senior SRE, you`ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless integrations, and optimal performance. In this role, you`ll combine your operational expertise with innovative AI-driven approaches to help design and implement autonomous systems that streamline processes and improve reliability. You`ll collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Solution Engineers, Infrastructure SREs, and Application Automation Engineers to deliver a streamlined, scalable customer experience while driving technical agility and scalability.

What You`ll Do

Customer Onboarding & Integration

  • Create detailed solution documents for customers prior to onboarding.
  • Lead efforts in automating onboarding and deployment in partnership with Platform SREs and Application Automation Engineers.

Performance Optimization & Technical Escalations

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve escalations, acting as the technical liaison between customers, Sales and engineering teams.

AI-Powered Process Automation

  • Help design and build autonomous agents to manage onboarding and operational processes with minimal manual intervention.
  • Leverage AI tools and scripting to automate complex workflows and improve reliability.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Sales Solution Engineers and Account Managers to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Work across SRE roles to enhance processes and drive innovations in automation.

Proactive Monitoring & Self-Healing Systems

  • Implement real-time monitoring and self-healing systems to resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure standardization and scalability across customer processes.

What We`re Looking For

Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Operational Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in automated deployment tools, monitoring systems, and performance tuning. Knowledge of scripting and AI tools, with a passion for leveraging AI to build smarter systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach. A growth mindset and eagerness to take on innovative AI-driven projects.
