Job Summary:
IP Pathways is experiencing explosive company growth! In fact, we’ve doubled in size over the last couple of years and we’d like to consider you for a position on our growing
team! As a consultant, this position must also provide a high-level of professionalism and must possess excellent soft skills in addition to technical skills. There is also opportunity for career advancement by transitioning to a Technical Consultant (field engineer). We are willing to train the right candidate in all aspects of our product set.

Responsibilities:
• Always work to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
• Working with a team and individually for continual improvement in everything we do
• Providing customer service, technical support, and technical recommendations to customers
• Provide technical support for escalated issues across multiple client environments, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
• Includes participating in an on-call rotation
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
• At least 1 – 3 years of experience supporting or implementing technology solutions
• Microsoft Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OS, Mobile devices
• Microsoft Server Solutions including Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Filesharing and SQL Server
• Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions
• Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure), and Sharepoint experience
• Virtualization Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent ability to multitask and maintain high-levels of quality
• Excellent ability to work with a team and alone, self-driven to improve and complete work and projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods,
• Use a computer and office equipment proficiently
• Occasionally lifting objects as needed.
• Minimal travel may be involved
