About the Role
IP Pathways is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. This is a hybrid position based out of our Urbandale headquarters, offering the flexibility of remote work alongside high-impact, in-person collaboration.
This role is designed for a candidate who wants to do more than just shadow – you will be an active contributor to our growth, helping us bridge the gap between complex technology and the businesses that need it.
General Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media and email.
- Organizing, planning and promoting events and conferences.
- Support the maintenance and updating of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow our social media on LinkedIn and Facebook, using social media management tools to schedule and analyze posts.
- Work closely with the marketing team and various other departments to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
- Manage the IP Pathways “swag” inventory and handout process for events and client outreach.
- Maintain and update marketing playbook materials
Desired Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- An understanding of marketing techniques with a strong interest or background in the B2B tech industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and design tools like Canva; experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Experience or interest in creating professional content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly organized, a creative problem-solver and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
This summer internship begins in May 2026 and offers the potential to convert into a full-time position upon conclusion (August 2026). While our corporate office is Urbandale, IA, some local travel to Omaha and Kansas City is a possibility for on-site event support.
