About the Role

The Senior Director of Quality Assurance will report to the Vice President of Engineering and lead, inspire and collaborate with an elite team of industry experts at Keeper to continuously deliver industry-leading products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and manage the Quality Assurance team; support a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability and product quality
  • Build strong working relationships across Keeper to drive a best-in-class QA experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align quality assurance efforts with business objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop common test harnesses and tools
  • Collaborate with product management to meet product delivery targets
  • Collaborate with the customer support organization to assist in the analysis and resolution of customer issues
  • Drive excellent documentation and maintain high quality test plans and test reporting
  • Establish robust and scalable processes to drive high quality product delivery
  • Drive test processes and procedures to enable rapid and parallel release cycles
  • Build strong automation frameworks to support agile deployments
  • Ensure products are assessed in regards to compliance and security requirements
