About the Role

The Channel Support Specialist will work alongside the Keeper Security Channels team in supporting the on-boarding, training and pre-sales efforts involving value-added resellers and distributors. You will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and features of Keeper to partner representatives and supporting the operations of our channel program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical product demonstrations remotely or at customer/partner locations/Keeper Security facilities on Keeper Security products value proposition
  • Collaborate with channel partners on qualifying and advancing partner-sourced leads
  • Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales
  • Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
  • Manage specific partner-focused events and ensure successful execution
  • Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineer representatives within our partner organizations
  • Ensure accurate and timely activity and issue updates in Salesforce and reporting to management
  • Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company
