Things to know
Within the KLA corporation, we are collaborating with teams around the globe. We have teams based in USA and China. There are opportunities to travel and work with them. Yet, we try to keep things as local and simple.
Our industry has a strong interest in quality, reliability, and regulation, but we endeavor to provide continuous delivery and automate as much as possible.
We do NOT commit on textbook Scrum but to the agile values. It is up to the teams to find their best fitting agile way of working.
Why you should work for KLA

The Dresden office is located in the city center with a great view from the terrace and a perfect transport connection and infrastructure. Besides the common benefits (team events, fruits, drinks, foosball table, XBOX ...) you can park your car or bike in the garage, learn or improve your languages skills or visit a semiconductor fab.
FlexOn, FlexOff: You can flexibly choose, if you spend most of the week at your private desk in the office, or work from home, only coming to your shared desk from time to time.
You will receive a permanent employment contract, with flexible working hours, and we are happy to support you with eventual relocation or Visa request.
How we hire
We want to be as transparent as possible about our recruitment process and share what awaits you.
1. Review application
We will review the submitted application and respond as soon as possible.
2. Call with recruiter
In case of a positive review, our recruiter will contact you to clarify questions on both sides.
3. First Interview
The first interview is usually done with one of our HR specialists and one of our Scrum Masters.
4. Second Interview
In the second interview, you will meet your manager and talk to one of the members of your prospective team. Also, it usually turns out to be a friendly talk and less structured interview.
The whole interview process can be done remotely. However, we aim to have at least one interview in person, as this is usually combined with an office tour, a lunch together with some team members and a session with one of the ScrumMasters or developers sharing insights about our daily work.
Minimum Qualifications

- You actively seek potentials for improvement and exchange ideas with your colleagues.
