As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Operations Data Analyst to join our Mission Control team and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and client success.

In this role, you will leverage data to optimize project workflows, enhance client experiences, and support strategic decision-making across multiple teams. You will build and maintain real-time dashboards, develop revenue forecasting models, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on key performance indicators.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor project status across clients, phases, and geographies.
  

• Identify project delays or blockers and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  

• Build and update revenue forecasting models aligned with project data and pipeline activity.
  

• Collaborate with Finance and Client Success to support accurate financial planning.
  

• Define and track KPIs for client onboarding, activation, retention, and health.
  

• Analyze support ticket trends and satisfaction data to uncover improvement areas.
  

• Recommend strategies to improve customer experience and reduce churn.
  

• Map and optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
  

• Design scalable processes for various project types (e.g., new builds vs. retrofits).
  

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.
  

• Support executive decision-making through ad hoc analysis and special projects.
  

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role—preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  

• Proficient in analytics tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
  

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue modeling, and operational workflows.
  

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  

• Highly organized, with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
