We’re seeking a Project Manager to help drive delivery, coordination, and efficiency across our development teams. This role is central to ensuring projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and teams remain aligned with company goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, Operations, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and support the growth and development of team members.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as an Agile Project Manager for one or two Engineering teams, driving productivity, alignment, and continuous improvement
  

• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to ensure goals and priorities are clearly defined and consistently met
  

• Proactively identify and remove impediments, ensuring Engineers have the tools, information, and support needed to deliver effectively
  

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) and maintain up-to-date Jira boards, agendas, and meeting notes
  

• Communicate development progress, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders across teams with clarity and consistency
  

• Manage timelines and roadmaps in coordination with Team Leads, adjusting resource allocations as priorities shift
  

• Track, analyze, and report on project metrics,
  

• Drive process improvements and recommend workflow enhancements
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
  

• Proven ability to create, manage, and communicate project timelines and roadmaps.
  

• Experience in resource allocation and capacity planning to align team priorities and ensure task completion.
  

• Proficient in Jira for task management, status updates, and reporting.
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of facilitating meetings and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  

• Experience in analyzing and reporting on key project metrics like team velocity, blockers, and KPIs.
  

• A proactive leader who drives continuous improvement and coordinates cross-functional dependencies.
  

• A keen interest in team development and well-being, including identifying skill gaps and supporting team morale.
