About The Role
As a Fleet Operations Analyst at Kyte, you will be in-person in our SF office, leading a number of critical processes relating to our most important asset: our vehicles. You will primarily be responsible for our registration, renewal, title, spare key, and telematics inventory management. This role requires you to be in person five days a week in our San Francisco headquarters on Market street and that you have impeccable attention to detail and processes. You will work closely together with Kyte’s markets team and multiple outside vendors. This role will report directly to the Head of Fleet Operations.
About The Team
Our Fleet team sits at the center of all things at Kyte, our vehicles. We work with all aspects of the business such as product, markets, vehicle acquisition and finance on a daily basis. As Kyte grows in scale and scope, our fleet and fleet operations must grow with it.
What you’ll do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Kyte’s fleet registration, titling, and sales process working closely with our markets teams and vendors
- Responsible for all aspects of infleeting and defleeting of Kyte vehicles
- Oversee telematics inventory
- Preside over Kyte’s spare key management system
- Manage relationships with current registration vendorsProcess all incoming and outgoing mail
- Setup new processes with the Department of Motor Vehicles
Required
- 2+ years of operations experience
- Based in the Bay area and able to work in in person full-time at our SF office (located on top of multiple BART and MUNI train and bus lines)
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort with communicating with multiple stakeholders across several markets and time zones
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, and Slack
- Passionate about urban mobility and startups
Preferred
- Experience working for a startup
- Previous experience in the mobility industry or automotive
- Previous experience with automotive fleets
