  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools

  • A track record of managing shifting priorities with precision and calm

Our Culture & Values

At Laurel, we are mission-obsessed: to return time to the world. We believe time is the ultimate platform for human potential. Everything we do—every product decision, meeting, or hire—is guided by our core value: Sanctify Time.

We operate with urgency, discipline, and a bias toward action. We build for outcomes, not optics. We embrace feedback as a gift and believe startups aren’t for everyone—they’re for those who thrive in ambiguity, act with ownership, and dance in the rain when it storms.

Some of our guiding cultural principles include:

  • Speed over consensus. We move fast, learn fast, and iterate fast.

  • Focus on the #1 thing. We say no to great ideas so we can say yes to the essential ones.

  • Comfort with discomfort. We rebuild every 6 months; nothing is sacred except the mission.

  • Leverage over efficiency. We aim for 10x impact, not 10% optimizations.

  • No theater of work. We cancel unproductive meetings, prune unnecessary process, and hold each other accountable for outcomes—not busyness.

If your “why” is connected to time—how it’s used, protected, and multiplied—you’ll thrive at Laurel.
