Seeking a part time Sales and Marketing Consultant who will partner with sales and marketing colleagues to drive growth of a large portfolio of products within the Business portfolio. In this remote contract role, primary sales tasks include supporting regional sales teams by providing strategy and support on key adoptions, as well as directly working with customers on certain opportunities. In addition to direct selling and conducting demos of our digital product, you will also support instructor requests as needed. Primary marketing tasks include executing email campaigns, webinars, social media & blog content, sales tool and collateral creation and working directly with authors and the product team.

  • Remote position, internet access required.
  • Some flexibility in when hours are worked within the day, but availability for timing of specific internal & external meetings.
  • 25 hrs. a week
  • 6–12-month commitment preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling reports in Salesforce, like opportunity reports specific courses where have opportunity to grow the courses.
  • Working directly with Sales Reps. Supporting Sales Reps, working together to strategies about to win the opportunity.
  • Product Expert for the products they are managing to customer expand reach of the sales rep.
  • Directly reaching out to Customers and doing Demos of technology.
  • On Marketing side, they will be for the same products helping plan virtual events, working on collateral and sales tools, working with the authors and product team on strategy.

Required Education and/ or equivalent related experience:

  • Some college completed, or relevant experience 2-3 years. No degree required.
  • Industry Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Customer Service or similar experience 2-3 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Multitasker
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize
  • Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
  • Zoom, Asana, Salesforce

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech or Education fields
  • Sales, Marketing and/or Training experience
