A Digital Sales Processor is needed for a remote contract opening with our client. The role will retrieve, intake and process digital sales files from channel partners in order to ensure accurate invoicing and sales crediting.

Hours/Day: 6-8
Hours/Week: 30-40

A successful candidate will have:

• High attention to detail, previous experience with Excel and order processing helpful.
• Good communication skills, experience with email correspondence in a business setting preferred.
• MS Office experience is preferred (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Handle high volume of emails, and workload in a fast paced-environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain customer related issues verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage assigned duties on a daily basis, which consists of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Keep continuous accuracy of all data processed.
• Must be capable of taking on additional responsibilities and/or tasks on a daily basis or when business requires.
• Strong memory skills required due to the substantial amount of information (ability to data scrub an order).
• Follow current procedures while being able to pick-up new processes and apply them accordingly to perform your work.
• Perform primary job functions under minimal supervision.
• Ability to navigate multiple monitors.
• Great note-taking skills.
• Great organization skills.
• Receptive to feedback.
• 1 year experience and high school education or equivalent.

Experience in the following is a plus:

• Salesforce experience
• Smartsheet
• Previous billing experience
